Updating users’ information

If the information about an employee in the human capital management system has changed compared to the information about an employee employee in Yva, you can update the information Yva in the following way:

  1. Connect to the Yva system with the help of the Authentication method
  2. Use the parameters of the Add users method
    1. to set up the Manager’s email - the change of the Manager’s email will “move” an employee into the department of another manager. The previous manager will stop “seeing” the employee in his/her department and the new manager will start “seeing” the employee in his/her department
    2. to populate Title, Department, Custom 1, 2 and 3 properties of a user
    3. to populate all other properties - gender, birth date, hire date, location, employment type etc
