Our goal is to help our teams stay connected, so we are pleased to announce we have selected a partner that we believe will help us all manage each other more effectively while we cannot connect in person in the office.

We’re rolling out software that allows us to give each other feedback. will help us reach our full potential by sharing and receiving real-time anonymous feedback between co-workers. will ask for your constructive feedback both about your colleagues and about your work.

Yva’s unique feature is the ability to analyze both active feedback -- micro-surveys -- and passive feedback - digital collaboration patterns within corporate tools like Office 365, G Suite, Slack, MS Teams, Jira, etc. 

Once a week you will receive a letter from the address:🔔 Yva Survey <>. In the email, you will find a link to individual questions about what can and should be improved. It will also invite you to give feedback to your work colleagues. Responses to surveys will take approximately 60-120 seconds. Responses are anonymous and will be aggregated for groups of at least 5 employees.

NOTE: YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FIRST SURVEY WITHIN A FEW HOURS (SOME HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED IT). By analyzing our collaboration patterns, is able to minimize the number of questions needed to get to the heart of our development objectives. will provide each employee with individual dashboards and anonymous feedback from colleagues about the professional skills and personal qualities, strengths, and areas of potential development of each of us.

The goal of the project is simple, but at the same time truly important. We want to give you, our employees, the opportunity to:

  • get feedback from colleagues to improve your Skills,
  • give feedback to colleagues to improve their Performance,
  • understand what Management needs to do to provide employees with a favorable Work-Life Balance.

We believe that continuous communication between all business units and employees will ensure efficiency and transparency in work processes, which will ultimately benefit overall motivation and engagement.

It is important to note that confidentiality, trust, and privacy are our top priorities. It is up to you to decide whether to provide feedback. For this purpose, your answers to questions remain anonymous. does not analyze digital interactions outside of our corporate network. If you would like to opt out of providing passive feedback (collaboration analytics), please send a corresponding message from your corporate email address to with a request to disable the collection of passive analytics from you.
